오해는 마세요. 시간이 좀 걸릴 수 있다는 건 알아요. 제 생각에는 스테이크 7이 가장 느린 편인데, 제가 처음 인출하는 건 아니에요. 다른 분들은 항상 잘 됐거든요.
문제는 이미 돈을 지급했다고 하는데 아무것도 도착하지 않았다는 겁니다. 특히 중단된 거래가 걱정됩니다. SEPA 이체는 최대 이틀이 걸리는데, 오늘이 7일째입니다.
특히 스테이크 7에서 이와 비슷한 경험을 한 적이 있나요?

I had a few hot flashes on November 17th and then paid out, then cancelled again, off and on, you know how it is.
Then at night 1800, left alone in three payouts: 1000, 500, 300.
Then in the evening, the email arrived: Your money is on its way. All three were approved.
Normally, after sending the email, the money is already in my savings bank account, but not this time.
Okay, it's still going to take a while. After 3 days, there's still nothing in the account; under withdrawal, it says something like this.

so then directly

I've never had anything like this before. Support says they're out, please be patient, and provide a bank statement from November 17th until now.
I contacted support yesterday; I'm forwarding this to finance. I'll get a response in about 24 hours.
I asked again today; hmm, we will contact the payment service provider in approximately 3 to 5 working days.
Don't get me wrong, I know it can take a while. Stake 7 is one of the slowest there is in my opinion, but this isn't my first withdrawal; others have always worked.
The issue is that they supposedly already paid out the money, but nothing has arrived. The aborted transactions, in particular, are worrying me. SEPA transfers take a maximum of two days; today is the seventh day.
Have you ever experienced something like this, especially with Stake 7?

Habe am 17.11 paar hitz gehabt und dann ausgezahlt, wieder abgebrochen, aus ein, aus ihr kennt das.
Dann Nachts 1800 in drei Auszahlungen in ruhe gelassen 1000,500,300.
Abends dann die mail Dein Geld ist auf dem Weg 3x alle Genehmigt.
Normalerweiße isz nach der mail die Kohle schon auf meinem Sparkassenkonto diesmal aber nicht.
Ok dauert noch was nach 3 Tagen immer noch nix im Account steht bei Auszahung so etwa
1000 erfolgreich 1234567 10:30
500 erfolgreich 12345678 10:31
300 erfolgreich 12345679 10:33
so etwa dann direkt
1000 abgebrochen 1234567 10:33
500 abgebrochen 12345678 10:34
300 abgebrochen 12345679 10:35
so in etwa Hatte ich noch nie Support sagt ist raus Geduld wenn dann und dann bitte vom 17.11 bis jetzt Kontoauszug bereitstellen.
Gestern gemacht support ich leite das an die Finace weiter kriegen in ca 24 std Bescheid
Heute nochmal nach gefragt mh wir kontaktieren den Zahlungsdienstleister ca 3 bis 5 Werktage.
Versteht mich net Falsch weiß das es auch mal Dauern kann Stake 7 gehört ja mit zu den Langsamsten die es gibt meiner meinung, aber das ist ja nicht meine erste Auszahung da andre haben immer geklappt.
Und es geht ja darum das sie das Angeblich schon ausbezahlt haben aber nichts ankommt insbesondere die Abgebrochenen Transaktion Verunsichern mich. Sepa dauert max 2 Tage Heute ist der 7 Tag.
Hattet ihr sowas schonmal evt insbesondere bei Stake 7 ?
