I have registered at Heybets.io about a month ago. Have deposited and withdrawn a couple of times successfully. The amounts deposited is around the same amounts withdrawn.

Last week I deposited around 1.000 USD and won 2.100 USD (0.76 ETH). I requested a withdrawal, but the withdrawal is just pending. I contacted customer service via e-mail and via the chat function on their website.

The first time they answered me and told me that I should receive the amount later the same day, or at the latest the next day. This is 4 days ago. Customer service does not respond to my questions, emails or chats. I have tried to obtain contact multiple times, but no answer.

I am afraid that this casino is a scam. Please be aware. Hopefully they will approve the withdrawal, but if not I do hope that they will be shut down.

What about the casino software providers? Why do they let scam casinos use their software.
