Hello good afternoon, the Mr Bet Casino itself is entertaining, but, when trying to make a withdrawal, it has been impossible!!! I have changed banks 3 times and there is no case, according to them I MAKE MISTAKES, which is NOT the case, the serious problem is that they accept depositing $$$ from any Bank or Card, but to withdraw it is IMPOSSIBLE, what's more, I have spoken with them since in the TYPE of ACCOUNT, they only have SAVINGS ACCOUNT, SALARY ACCOUNT AND CURRENT ACCOUNT, they do not have CHECKING ACCOUNT, which is used in most accounts in Chile, what's more, I have been with this drama for more than a week and without a SOLUTION!!! They tell me that they will send me by email how to do it correctly ..... however they have not done so, I need to withdraw my winnings, it is what corresponds. For me, for now, I find them SHAMELESS, as long as I CANNOT withdraw my money, that is what they are. The banks I have used are Banco Consorcio, Tenpo and Banco Estado, and curiously all of them CANNOT make the withdrawal. I hope they also compensate me for the more than 7 days that I have been trying to withdraw my money.

Hola buenas tardes, el Cacino Mr Bet en si es entretenido, pero, al momento de tratar de hacer un retiro, ha sido imposible !!! he cambiado 3 veces de Banco y no hay caso, segun ellos YO COMETO ERRORES, cosa que NO es, el grave problema es que ellos aceptan ingresar $$$ desde cualquier Banco o Tarjeta, pero para retirar IMPOSIBLE, es más he hablado con ellos ya que en el TIPO de CUENTA, sólo tienen CUENTA DE AHORRO, CUENTA DE SUELDO Y CUENTA CORRIENTE, no tienen CUENTA VISTA, que se usa en la mayoria de las cuentas en Chile, es más llevo mas de 1 semana con este drama y sin SOLUCION !!! me dicen que me enviarán por correo como hacerlo correctamente ..... sin embargo no lo han hecho, Necesito sacar mis ganancias es lo que corresponde. Para mi por ahora los encuentro unos SINVErGUERNZAS, mientras NO pueda sacar mi dinero eso el lo que son, los Bancos que he usado son Banco Consorcio, Tenpo y Banco Estado, y todos curiosamente NO SE PUEDE hacer el retiro. Ex´jo además se compense los mas de 7 días que llevo intentando sacar mi dinero.

Hello, good afternoon. Since I was never approved for a checking account at Banco Consorcio or Tenpo, I had to open a savings account that did allow me to withdraw my money. But it's not a real solution, because deposits can be made from any type of account and bank. In the end, I had to find a way to get paid and be able to make withdrawals. You never helped me. A disaster.

Hola buenas tardes, como nunca me dieron el OK por tener una CUEnta vista en Banco Consorcio y en Tenpo, tuve que abrir una cuenta de Ahorro que si permitía sacar mi dinero. Pero no es la solución real, porque para hacer los de´pósitos se puede hacer desde cualquier tipo de cuenta y Banco. Finalmente YO TUVE QUE BUSCAR LA FORMA DE QUE ME PAGARNA Y PODER HACER EL RETIRO, NUNCA ME AYUDARON UDS. UN DESASTRE
