매우 고통스럽고 괴롭히는 KYC. 그들은 10개의 다른 문서를 원했습니다. 타임카드, 청구서, 셀카, 은행카드 인증샷, 입금은 안했는데도 계좌내역서, 인터넷뱅킹 인증샷, 나만의 정보... 서류를 제출할 때마다 새로 생성되는 필요합니다. 문서는 빠르게 처리됐지만 한 시간 정도 편집해야 했어요. 돈을 돌려받기 위해 플레이어를 좌절하게 만들려는 것처럼 느껴졌습니다.
KYC의 고통을 겪은 후 돈이 빨리 계좌에 들어왔습니다.
Very painful and harassing KYC. They wanted 10 different documents. Time card, invoice, selfie, screenshot from the bank card, even though I didn't use it for depositing, account statement, screenshot from the online bank, my own information... every time I submitted a document, a new one was needed. The documents went through quickly, but I had to edit them for about an hour. It felt like they were trying to make the player frustrated in order to play the money back.
The money came to the account quickly, after going through the pain of KYC.
Erittäin tuskainen ja ahistava KYC. Halusivat 10 eri dokumenttia. Ajakortti, lasku, selffie, kuvankaappaus pankkikortista, vaikka en käyttänyt sitä tallettamiseen, tiliote, kuvakaappaus verkkopankista, omista tiedoista... aina kun toimitin dokumentin, tarvittiin taas uusi. Dokumentit käytiin kyllä nopeasti läpi, mutta tunnin verran jouduin säätämään. Tuli sellainen olo, että pelaaja yritetään saada turhautumaan, jotta pelaisi rahat takaisin.
Rahat tulivat kyllä nopeasti tilille, kun KYC-tuskan kävi läpi.
