My username is sagedcedar. I’ve been playing rubyslots for awhile now. Made a withdrawl request this spring of 2023, which did not come, then they sent my money back to my players account. Made another request. No answer no response, and (withdraw requested) money is no where to be found when I look at my account or transactions. I’ve spent thousands of dollars playing at RubySlots, am considered a VIP (whatever, just a bunch of crap to make you feel like you’ll be treated fairly) which is obviously not the case here. This casino does not hold true to their loyalties or due withdrawal when all requirements are met on the players side. They just d*** you around. I’ve a lot more to say but don’t want to frustrate myself past the point that I already am right now…
