Very disappointing company.
I deposited over 20 euros and received a bonus of free spins. I won some money with the free spins. In total, I lost all but 2 euros of my money and the bonus I had won. Then I won over 25 euros and after more games there was still 15 euros left in my account. When I wanted to play days later, my account was empty. I contacted support and they explained to me that I had lost my real money and that I only had bonus money left and that I had made the winnings with the bonus money. And that the bonus would be canceled after a certain time. And so would my winnings. In order to keep the bonus money, the bonus money would have to be wagered 40 times. Whatever that means. What is bonus money paid for if you can't keep the winnings? Why is the real money taken first before the bonus money is used? I find this method very questionable and it looks like a rip-off in my case. Luckily, I only lost 20 euros.
Absolutely not recommended due to idiosyncratic procedures and standard answers to questions.

Sehr enttäuschendes Unternehmen.
Ich habe über 20 Euro eingezahlt, darauf einen Bonus von Freispielen erhalten. Bei den Freispielen habe ich etwas Geld gewonnen. Insgesamt verspielte ich bis auf 2Euro mein Geld und den gewonnenen Bonus. Dann gewann ich über 25Euro und nach weiteren Spielen blieben noch 15Euro auf den Konto. Also Tage später spielen wollte war mein Konto leer. Ich wendete mich an den Support und dort erklärte man mir, dass mein echtes Geld verspielt war und ich nur noch Bonusgeld hatte und den Gewinn mit dem Bonusgeld machte. Und der Bonus nach einer gewissen Zeit gestrichen wird. Ergo auch mein Gewinn. Um das Bonusgeld zu behalten, wäre das Bonusgeld 40mal umzusetzten zu sein. Was auch immer damit gemeint ist. Fur was wird Bonusgeld gezahlt, wenn man die Gewinne nicht behalten kann? Warum wird erst das Echtgeld genommen, bevor das Bonusgeld genutzt wird. Ich finde diese Methode sehr bedenklich und es sieht bei mir, wie eine Abzocke aus. Zum Glück habe ich nur 20Euro verloren.
Absolut nicht empfehlenswert, aufgrund eigenwilliger Verfahrensweise und Standardantworten bei Fragen.
