a) Even if you win like a new player (you will never win as you're getting vip levels) they not allow you to full withdraw your earnings.
If your winning is 2000€, they have limit 800€ per week. So you have to make 3 withdrawals, one per week to get your money.
Each withdrawal may take to 10 calendar days, so we are talking for at least one month.
Casino guru should check again the withdrawal limits, are not true.
b) Lot's of disconnections and unstable website
c) Once i was playing bonus money end earned 100€, few seconds later the 100€ became 50€! I asked their support and they told me that there is a limit to winnings when playing bonus money!!
My last case was two days ago, when i tried to withdraw 400€ (when i have lost thousands). They deny it because i should wager my whole deposit at least once time.
I moved on.
