So I clicked it, thinking it was a harmless promo, and lost the entire amount I had just won.

When I contacted support to explain the issue, they were painfully slow to respond.
Emails take days to get answered, and when they finally reply, it’s just copy-paste automated messages that don’t solve anything. Just saying this is it, we cannot do anything, you joined the promo, it’s your fault, not ours. No money back , no compensation and of course not even an apology….
They don’t seem to read what you actually write, and they definitely don’t take responsibility.

I made deposit and placed one bet.
They limited my account after this and they didn’t allow me to withdraw my money.
They asked for several documents for the account verification, and was asking for every document to resend it again and again, because they didn’t accept it. Through emails, they answer after 2 - 3 weeks. At the live chat , you have to wait for hours, and when you finally connect with agent, they refresh the page and you have to wait again . It’s the worst casino ever. They blocked my account with all my balance inside , despite that I send them all the verification documents 3 and 4 times. They also ask for too many crazy documents. In betting section, they have big maxbets but the limit is coming fast.
In case of 2-3 clicks over 100€, they block your account and they review it. To me, took around 2 months for the "review of my account" and when they finally sent me email that my account is ok, I tried to log in and I am still blocked. My balance is locked and probably lost.
