ο άντρας μου λοιπόν Έκανε και αυτός λογαριασμό χωρίς να διαβάσει τους όρους χρήσης που λέει πως πρέπει να υπάρχει 1 μόνος λογαριασμος ανά σπίτι ip κινητό κτλ... έκανε 1 με το δικό του όνομα και 1 ακόμα με το δικό μου αλλά έβαλε διαφορετικά email..
Εγώ δεν γνώριζα τίποτα καθώς δεν ήμασταν μαζί εκείνη τη στιγμή.. όταν λοιπόν έκανα το μεγάλο κέρδος πήγα να κάνω ανάληψη και μου έβγαζε σφάλμα.. μίλησα με το τσατ και ξαφνικά μπλοκάρει ο λογαριασμός μου ως duplicate, εγώ σε σοκ!!
Μιλάω ξανά στο τσατ και μου εξηγούν πως ο λογαριασμός μου είναι duplicate πράγμα που δεν ισχύει καθώς έχω και τα 3 email από τα registration που έκανα εγώ και μετά ο άντρας μου και αππ την ώρα και ημερομηνία φαίνεται καθαρά πως ο λογαριασμός με το δικό μου μειλ είναι ο main λογαριασμός.. όλοι οι εκπρόσωποι μου είπαν πως κανονικά το main δεν κλείνει και πως οι τεχνικοί κλείνουν μόνο τα duplicate άρα έπρεπε να κλείσουν τα άλλα 2 που είχε κάνει ο άντρας μου και όχι το δικό μου που το έκανα πρώτη έπαιζα έβαλα χρήματα από την τράπεζα μου κτλ... Έχει πάνω από 1 μήνα που τους έστειλα μειλ για να λυθεί το ζήτημα και δεν μου έχουν απαντήσει ακόμα...
Εγώ πιστεύω πως το κλείσανε επιτηδες για να μην μπορώ να κάνω ανάληψη τα 9000€ που κέρδισα εκείνο το βράδυ.. σας επισυνάπτω τα μειλ με τα registration και screen shots αππ τα τσατ που λένε πως ο κύριος λογαριασμός δεν θα έπρεπε να κλείσει και ειδικά χωρίς προειδοποίηση!!!
