3 weeks ago i deposited approx. 7 ETH to my Stake account to bet on League of Legends Worlds tournament, before i could place any bets my account was restricted and was put on something called "withdraw-only mode" and Stake wanted me to do Level 3 and 4 verifications, i've quickly and succesfully done these verifications, my account was and still is in withdraw-only mode, funny thing in this mode you can't withdraw, you can't bet, you can't use the chat, you can't even use fun play. I contacted the support team and the onboarding@stake.com e-mail more than 20 times, always getting the same (probably automated) response of "please more patience, we are reviewing".

They never told me the reason for this restriction, they are not letting me withdraw the funds i deposited and haven't even bet with yet. I would have won all my bets betting on T1 and then withdraw my ETH's to buy lots of other crypto tokens waaay cheaper before they pumped a lot recently too, but at this point i'm not even after what i missed out on and simply want to withdraw my funds that are being held hostage without even being given a reason and even after i provided everything Stake asked for and done level 3 and 4 verification.

Anyone else went through something like this that can help me? because all live chat support does is tell me to email onboarding@stake.com and my emails there only get a response of "please wait more"

Was there any playing activity on your account before you deposited 7ETH? When did you register your account?

I don't know the exact date but it should be at least 2-3 years old i think. My account is quite old and has a Gold VIP status. I have played some slots before my restriction was put on and have also done a small low 3 digit test bet on the LoL tournament that I cashed out early before settlement. I didn't win or lose an unusual amount recently too.

Could you please share with me your attempts to communicate the issue with the casino?

I was active all the past 3 days before the 7 ETH deposit, i mainly played slots such as Slayers Inc, Stormforged, Juicy Fruits, Blood & Shadow 2, Wanted Dead or a Wild, Retro Sweets, Retro Tapes and Fist of Destruction. I also had a 0.05 ETH bet in the LoL Worlds Tournament quarterfinals match 1 day before the 7 ETH deposit.

I always used the TRX deposit previously, i think this was the third time i used the ETH deposit method. I did a 3 ETH deposit 3 days before the 7 ETH one and withdrew 2.16 ETH that same day after losing some to slots and also did a 0.92 ETH deposit 2 days before the 7 ETH one. I did the deposit from the same wallet that i withdrew the 2.16 ETH to

The user was notified on November 26 of the reason for their account restrictions. At that time, we informed them of potential irregular cryptocurrency activity associated with their account, specifically involving the VOID (Void) token, which may constitute serious misconduct. As this could represent a breach of our Terms of Service, the account is currently under review.

We assured the complainant that they would be promptly informed once the investigation concludes or if additional information is required from them. Unfortunately, the investigation is still ongoing, and the account restriction will remain in place until further notice.

Thank you for your patience while we investigated this matter.

We've completed our investigation and informed the complainant of the outcome.

After a thorough review of the user's account activity, specifically transactions related to the Void Token, we unfortunately found clear evidence of a rug pull (see here: https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/the-void). Such fraudulent activity violates our Terms of Service. Our investigations have shown that: 

- 0x0a4e452364e410B10748E21A1C48Eba040f9580c received the Rugpull proceeds from the scammer's Binance account for 175 ETH

- The address then sent around 8 ETH to 0xf66bA5F6E00436ccFe9d83c0A3381f809E0DaBA0.

- Please also refer to https://x.com/cryptic_tits/status/1846519451333861887. All details match the KYC of the owner of this account. 

To ensure a secure and fair platform for all users, we've made the decision to permanently restrict the account and withhold the associated fraudulent funds pending law enforcement seizure. There is currently 7.1ETH in the account linked to the above activities. This action is necessary to protect our community from harmful activities.

I'm not denying there wasn't issues with VOID but it got exploited not rugged or had any malicious intent behind it, it had its own deflationary mechanism but there was a reentrancy exploit with that part of the smart contract and a foreign exploiter made the liquidity pool burn, we announced to everyone that they should immediately sell before the pool is burned and most people did, the money we received was also caused by the sells of our own tokens and investments to that pool which is still active today but burned to a crisp with subsequent 1% withdrawal and burns spammed by the exploiter hundreds of times in a short span of time. Due to us announcing that there is an exploit going on and that everyone should sell (which most people did) after the dust was settled we couldn't also refund the people who couldn't sell fully because we were not whole and people assumed market cap = the total money inside but it's actually the buy side liquidity what matters as liquid money so they felt cheated as some were partially refunded and some were not refunded at all. 

The exploit happened due to the actual functions going through before the state variable was updated (nextVoidTime) so they could call the burn functions multiple times before ever updating the requirement to call it, which is the nextVoidTime variable, this exploit was a very unfortunate event but no one including you cannot call it a malicious, harmful or fraudulent because it was also a non-profit exploit the tokens were literally burned and sent to the 0x0000 wallet. So don't give me a lesson on analysis of the blockchain, get your facts right and do your studies more thoroughly. The money i sent to Stake is completely my own money earned by my own investments and has nothing to do with VOID, us selling our own token investments is a perfectly legal and natural way to obtain ETH when we noticed there was an exploit going on, we didn't pull the liquidity pool (we can't its under the lock contract for eternity) we also told everyone that they should instantly sell which most people did, people who couldn't some got partially refunded but any further reimbursement required us to tap into our own funds and we obviously weren't going to do that because we didn't do the exploit ourselves it was a foreign entity that deployed more than 10 closed source smart contracts and did test-runs before being able to truly burn the whole pool and that window of time was where we realized the danger and warned everyone and sold our own investments, sure a lot of people got angry due to this, they had great hopes and they were invested heavily into Void token and it was on a big rally up too and obviously not everyone could sell in time or get reimbursed, it was actually about to get whitelisted in Aerodrome 2 days after the exploit and this wasn't even public knowledge yet, we are the biggest victims in this case so i'd like to see you come up with a better proof and a source than a random Twitter crypto KOL trying to salvage his reputation after shilling VOID too much and then calling us "ruggers" to divert the blame away from himself
