メール：「一般利用規約の13.5項かつ13.5.1項に踏まえて、お客様は残高から残りのお金を一度出金を済ませるとアカウントを申し訳なくブロックさせていただきます。残念ながら、今あるお金は使えなくなりました。そのお金は出金だけできますと予めご了承ください。」

経緯、

①の申請後、

１週間程度前から、賭けがブロックされました。

この時点で②の入金は済ませて有ったので、問い合わせたところ、上記メールの指示が来たので、仕方なく②も申請しました。

数日過ぎても、入金がないので問い合わせる為に、ログインを行ったところ、ログインが拒否されています。（9月9日からブロック）

そのため、9日より毎日メールを送っても一切返事がきません。

①、②の出金の回収を希望しています。

現在サイトにログインできない為、金額は多少の誤差が有るかもしれません。
