I signed up three days ago and took advantage of the unconditional 100% wager bonus on my first three deposits. I was lucky and over three days I won 1600 euros. I requested a withdrawal, provided the requested parts. To my surprise, I have just received an email (below) where I am informed that my withdrawal is refused. I was given a list of games as long as the arm to explain to me that I won by playing among other games "prohibited" in the framework of game partly using an active bonus. I played on other machines but we stop at the fact that I also won at one of these games. So my withdrawal is refused. Je me suis inscrite il y a trois jours et ai profité du bonus sans condition de mise de 100% sur mes trois premiers dépôts. J'ai eu de la chance et sur trois jours j'ai gagné 1600 euros. J'ai demandé un retrait, fourni les pièces demandées. A ma grande surprise, je viens de recevoir un mail (ci dessous) ou l'on m'informe que mon retrait est refusé. On me fourni une liste de jeux longue comme le bras pour m'expliquer que j'ai gagné en jouant entre autre à des jeux "interdits" dans le cadre de jeu utilisant en partie un bonus actif. J'ai joué sur d'autres machines mais on s'arrête au fait que j'ai aussi gagné à l'un de ces jeux. Du coup mon retrait est refusé. Cette liste puisqu'elle existe devrait être fournie dès l'acceptation du bonus afin de prévenir les joueurs. Dégoutée.

Thank you very much for submitting a complaint through our website. We are sorry for your troubles, but excluded games is a common rule. Almost every casino has an "excluded games" rule during a bonus play, but only few casinos enforce this rule on the software level.  If you played some of the excluded games while you had an active bonus, then the casino has the right to void your winnings and return your deposit to you (depends on bonus), although I agree that the excluded games should always be clearly mentioned before a player accepts any bonus.
