친애하는 친구 Jaro님, 우선 모든 도움을 주신 Casino Guru와 여러분께 감사드립니다... 제 문제가 시작된 27/01부터 지금 12/02까지 라이브 채팅 대표자들의 모든 대화를 마음껏 사용할 수 있습니다.. 수많은 배팅,카지노 회사의 고객으로서 처음 접하는 유례없는 상황입니다....10일만에 해야 한다는 압박감에 스스로 신분증을 요구했는데 순간적으로 그렇게 하더군요. 필요하지 않습니다...필요할 수도 있고 앞으로 더 많은 고통을 겪을 것이라고 상상해보십시오!!!! 그러다가 몇번 얘기하고 뭐 좀 해달라고 했더니 나한테 보내라고 하더군요. support@polestarcasino 재무 부서에서 공식 문서 없이 내 세부 정보를 서면으로 작성합니다.. 시험 프롬프트로 다시 말씀드립니다!!!!!스크린샷에 나와 있습니다..!!!!이런 경험은 한 번도 해본 적이 없습니다.. .그래서 그렇게 한 후에도 다시 재판과 함께 공식 문서를 보냈고 지금까지 총 6통의 이메일을 보냈지만 조금도 업데이트를 받지 못했습니다!!!!! 또한 나는 그들이 가능한 한 빨리 연락할 것이며 돈을 받을 것이라는 알림을 15번 이상 받았다는 것을 말해야 합니다….아무것도 아닙니다…!!!!우리가 채팅하는 동안 그들이 갑자기 라이브 챗 닫고 쫓아내는데 항상 정중하게 밀어붙이기 때문에!!! 최악??? 매번 처음부터 전체 역사를 말해야 할 때마다 긴급하다고 결론 내릴 때마다 해결되었습니다.... 17일이 지난 지금 아무도 저에게 연락하지 않았습니다! 매일 라이브 채팅으로 채팅하는데 합의가 없습니다. 한편으로는 그들은 재무 부서에 연락할 수 없다고 말하고 다른 한편으로는 우리가 부서에 연락했고 그것이 우선 순위라고 말합니다....!!! 절대적인 불편을 겪고 내 돈은 거기에 남아 있습니다 !!!!
그러니 상대방이 명확하고 필수적인 의사소통이 없을 때 나에게 어떤 협력을 요청하시는지 이해하셨군요!!!
그들이 처음에 내 내기를 완료하기 위해 플레이하라고 요청한 금액은 말할 것도 없고 결국 실수였기 때문에 그들은 나에게 사과했습니다...하나는 46€, 다른 하나는 플레이하지만 38€, 그런 다음 29€인데 아무 일도 일어나지 않았고 다시 돈을 받을 수 없었습니다.... 전체 내역은 스크린샷에 있습니다....
부디 사태가 잘 마무리되어 다른 사람에게 이런 일이 발생하지 않기를 바랍니다... 돈을 넣는 것도 아쉽고, 입금도 바로 이루어지고, 출금도 이렇게 불편하고 처우가 좋지 않습니다!!!!

Καλέ μου φίλε Jaro καταρχήν ευχαριστω και σένα και το casino Guru για όλη τη βοήθεια…Απο τις 27/01 που ξεκίνησε το πρόβλημα μου έως και τώρα 12/02 έχω όλες τις συνομιλίες των εκπροσώπων του live chat στη διάθεση σας….Προκειται για πρωτόγνωρες καταστάσεις που σαν πελάτης πολλών στοιχηματικών και casino εταιρειών πρώτη φορά συναντώ…..Ταυτοποίηση ζήτησα ΕΓΩ με αρκετή δικη μου πίεση να κάνω μετά από 10 μέρες και μου είπαν προς το παρόν δε χρειάζεται…Φανταστειτε ότι μπορεί να χρειαστεί και να ταλαιπωρηθώ ακόμα πιο πολύ στο μέλλον!!!!Στη συνέχεια αφού συνομιλησα παρά πολλές φορές και τους ζητούσα επιτελους να γίνει κάτι,μου είπαν να στείλω στο support@polestarcasino στο τμήμα οικονομικών τους τα στοιχεία μου χωρίς επίσημα έγγραφα,έτσι απλά γραπτά..Σας ξαναλέω με δίκη μου προτροπή!!!!!Το έχω σε screenshot..!!!!Δεν το έχω ξαναζήσει αυτό…Αφού το εκανα λοιπόν αλλά έστειλα και επίσημα έγγραφα με δίκη μου πάλι πρωτοβουλία κι έχω στείλει 6 emails συνολικά μέχρι και τώρα που σας γράφω δεν έχω τη παραμικρή ενημέρωση!!!!!Να σας πω επίσης πως έχω δεχτεί πάνω από 15 φορές την ενημέρωση πως το συντομότερο δυνατόν θα επικοινωνήσουν και ότι θα πάρω τα χρήματα μου….ΤΙΠΟΤΑ…!!!!Να σας πω επίσης πως ενώ συνομιλούμε κλείνουν απότομα το livechat και με πετάνε έξω επειδή τους πιέζω πάντα ευγενικά!!!Το χειρότερο???Καθε φορά πρέπει να λεω όλο το ιστορικό από την αρχή και κάθε φορά καταλήγουν πως το βάζουνε ως επείγον και θα λυθεί….17 ΜΕΡΕΣ τώρα δεν έχει επικοινωνήσει Κανείς!Κάθε μέρα συνομιλώ με το livechat,δεν βρίσκεται συννενόηση,τη μια μου λένε πως δεν μπορούν να επικοινωνήσουν με το τμήμα οικονομικών και την άλλη μου λένε πως επικοινωνήσαμε με το τμήμα και είναι σε προτεραιότητα….!!!Η Απόλυτη ταλαιπωρία και τα χρήματα μου παραμένουν εκει!!!!
Καταλαβαινετε λοιπόν πως ποια συνεργασία μου ζητάτε να κάνω όταν από την άλλη πλευρά δεν υπάρχει σαφής και ουσιώδης επικοινωνία!!!
Να μην ξανά αναφέρω τα ποσά που ζητούσαν στην αρχή να παίξω για να ολοκληρώσω δήθεν τον στοιχηματισμό μου και τελικά μου ζήτησαν συγγνώμη γιατί τελικά ήταν λάθος…Μια να παίξω 46€,την άλλη να παίξω αλλά 38€,μετά 29€ και δεν γινόταν τιποτα και τα χρήματα μου πάλι δεν μπορούσα να τα πάρω….Ολο το ιστορικό υπάρχει σε screenshots….
Ελπίζω το θέμα να τελειώσει όπως πρέπει και να μη ξανασυμβεί σε άλλον άνθρωπο…Είναι κρίμα να βάζουμε τα χρήματα μας,οι καταθέσεις να γίνονται άμεσα και να υπάρχει τέτοια ταλαιπωρία και κάκιστη αντιμετώπιση για αναληψη!!!!
