I can't say I understood it clearly. Many casinos don't allow withdrawals if you have an active bonus, for example. Did you ask them for an explanation? In my opinion, you want me to explain something the casino should do.

When the bonus is unlocked it becomes a real balance, in fact they authorized my first withdrawal without any problems. After that, they placed a block on the withdrawals, providing as a response that they had blocked them for 'security' reasons (I placed the handwritten message from support above). They no longer respond to any emails about it. I honestly don't need your explanations, the situation is clear: the admins can't stomach the fact that for their insipid bonus of €100 I have unlocked a higher real balance and they have illegally blocked (yes, ILLEGALLY, let's stop using quotes and italics) my withdrawals. They can write whatever they want on the T&Cs, but those bonuses bring them a lot of money from people who without them, would play elsewhere, so there's no point in being mafiosos when once in a blue moon a player manages to unlock them.

Quando il bonus viene sbloccato diventa saldo reale, di fatto mi hanno autorizzato senza problemi il primo prelievo. Dopo di quello, hanno posto un blocco sui prelievi fornendo come risposta che li avevano bloccati per motivi di ‘sicurezza’ (ho posto sopra il messaggio autografo del supporto). Non rispondono più a nessuna email al riguardo. Non ho francamente bisogno di tue spiegazioni, la situazione è chiara: gli admin non digeriscono che per il loro insulso bonus di 100€ abbia sbloccato un saldo reale superiore ed hanno bloccato illegalmente (esatto ILLEGALMENTE, smettiamola di usare virgolettati e corsivi) i miei prelievi. Possono scrivere quello che vogliono sui T&C, ma quei bonus portano loro tantissimi soldi di persone che senza di quelli, giocherebbero altrove, quindi non esiste fare i mafiosi quando una volta ogni morte di Papa un giocatore riesce a sbloccarli.

UPDATE: Complaint created thanks, I hope there is a serious consideration of the issue since from the exchanges made here in discussion it seems that it is almost normal that the rooms can block the balance resulting from the unlocking of the deposit bonuses in real balance. I am sure however that it was only my impression. I will update everyone on the developments, I will be happy to make a donation to the forum if it should prove useful for the resolution of the case. Sono sicuro però che sia stata solo una mia impressione. Aggiornerò tutti sugli sviluppi, sarò lieto di eseguire una donazione al forum se dovesse rendersi utile per la risoluzione del caso.
