Apart from the fact that it's not a bad casino overall, I unfortunately have to give it two stars because it doesn't encourage responsible gaming at all and there's a chance that your account will be closed because you're a gambling addict. I've asked support and email several times to close my account and the answer is that this needs to be checked, which I think is nonsense. If someone announces a gambling addiction, the account should be closed immediately, but unfortunately nothing happens in this regard. I find this incredibly irresponsible for someone who is addicted to gambling, hence only two stars!!! I also found it suspicious that if I left a review on Trustpilot I would receive fifty free spins. I did it and received fifty free spins. I don't think it's reputable.

So I was satisfied, verification was quick, payout after 1-2 days, very good game selection, sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, just like a casino, I think it's a good casino

Abgesehen davon das es im grossen und ganzen kein schlechtes casino ist, muss ich aber leider jetzt zwei sterne geben, da dort in keinster Weise für Verantwortungsvolles spielen , chancen dafür gibt das konto als spielsüchtige schließen zu lassen, ich habe mehrfach über support und E-Mail gebeten mein konto zu schließen, die Antwort ist dass dies geprüft werden muss, was ich für Quatsch halte,wenn jemand eine spielsucht ankündigt, sollte umgehend das Konto geschlossen werden aber leider passiert in der Beziehung nichts das finde ich unsagbar verantwortungslos für einen der spielsüchtig ist es von daher nur noch zwei sterne!!!! Suspekt fand ich halt auch, wenn ich eine bewertung bei Trustpilot abgebwürde ich fünfzig freispiele erhalten, habe es gemacht und fünfzig freispiele erhalten. Halte ich Nicht für seriös.

So war ich zufrieden, Vertifizierung schnell, Auszahlung nach1- 2 tagen,sehr gute spielauswahl, mal gewinnt man,mal verliert man, Casino halt ,ich denke es ist ein gutes Casino

I registered there yesterday with a 15 euro deposit but unfortunately the RTP wasn't that good. Today I deposited another 30 euros and since I'm a passionate Pragmatics player I wanted to play my games but couldn't get in as soon as I clicked on a game everything was black. I contacted support of course they said check cookies etc etc etc etc but the error wasn't my fault. Since then I played in a different casino and was able to play the Pragmatics games without any problems and the 30 euros were gone in an instant and they weren't really games that I liked but I had no choice as there was no solution. For me the casino is finished, even the 15 euro bonus money was gone in a flash. If you managed a scatter it was so minimal that you felt sick. I can only advise not to play there, well it's all very suspect somehow.

Addendum: I rate this casino as good, withdrawal without problems after 4 days, received the notification within 1 hour it was in my account, it couldn't be better and that's why I rate this casino as very positive.

Sorry but terrible RTP, I was actually banned because of gambling addiction but after about 6 months I received an email saying I had 20 free spins, I find this incredibly criminal and of course I deposited again and of course I lost, I had a 90 EUR bonus with which I played 90% up to 20 cents, you have to wager it 30 times, I only managed 6% of that, I don't think I need to say more, that's a lousy RTP, I'm going to write again via email to say that I'm addicted to gambling and that hopefully my account will not be banned but deleted.

1 star because the RTP is OK but unfortunately overall the casino is very strange. When you select a provider you have to go back after each game and re-enter the provider, which is very annoying and unfortunately many games cannot be played because they either freeze or there is an error message. I wouldn't play there anymore. Some games are listed twice and the new games that are listed are actually old and there are no new, current ones.

Nachtrag: Seit mehreren tagen versuche ich mein konto zu Vertifizieren 1. Über deren Seite ist es schwierig ausweis Kreditkarte etc hochzuladen und was man hochladen kann wird nicht akzeptiert darüber erhält man eine E-Mail dass mans bitte noch mal machen sollte aber nur über ihrer Seite nicht über Emil was ich schon sehr komisch finde. Da diese papiere bei jedem anderen casino ohne probleme akzeptiert werden und vor allen dingen angenommen werden auch über E-Mail.Personalausweis wird nicht akzeptiert so wie neben kosten abrechnung der miete auch nicht kreditkarte kann man erst gar nicht hochladen, und man erhält immer dieselbe E-Mail, das nichtsdavon akzeptiert wird und man wieder über die seite neue dokumente senden soll. Fazit ich finde das casino nicht seriös alles sehr seltsam kann nur sagen dass man dort besser nicht spielt auser mann hat geld zu verschenken weil eine auszahlung wohl nicht statt findet wegen ständiger ablehnung der Vertifizierung !!!!
1 Stern, da die RTP einigermaßen geht aber leider im großen und ganzen, das Casino sehr komisch ist, man muss wenn man Anbieter auswählt nach jedem spiel zurück und Anbieter neu eingeben, was sehr nervig ist und leider,viele Spiele nicht zu spielen sind,weil sie entweder hängen oder error dort steht,ich würde dort jetzt nicht mehr spielen ,einige spiele sind da auch doppelt aufgeführt und angegebene neue spiele,sind eigentlich alt und neue aktuelle nicht vorhanden.
