I requested the withdrawal in 2610 and exactly the next day 27/10 I sent the documents....after 2 days they answered me by email to resend them....so I went in yesterday to resend them and only the first document was uploaded the rest not because they closed this field....I complained to their customer service to no avail I also emailed them and to this day I have no response....However today I entered the platform and went to the payment history and saw that while it was pending my withdrawal today shows failure.....i talk about it with service and they told me yes it's a technical issue and to request a withdrawal again. I immediately went to request a withdrawal again and it won't allow me....they blocked my money....can you tell me what to do?
Την ανάληψη τη ζήτησα 2610 και ακριβώς την επόμενη ημέρα 27/10 έστειλα τα έγγραφα....μου απαντάνε μετά από 2 ημέρες μέσω email να τα ξαναστειλω....μπήκα λοιπόν εχθές να τα ξαναστειλω και ανέβηκε μόνο το πρώτο έγγραφο τα υπόλοιπα όχι διότι έκλεισαν το πεδίο αυτό....τους έκανα παράπονα στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών χωρίς αποτέλεσμα τους τα έστειλα και μέσω email και μέχρι σήμερα δεν έχω καμία απάντηση....Ωστόσο σήμερα μπήκα στη πλατφόρμα και πήγα στο ιστορικό πληρωμών και είδα ότι ενώ ήταν εκκρεμης η ανάληψη μου σήμερα δείχνει αποτυχία.....μιλάω για αυτό με την εξυπηρέτηση και μου είπαν ότι είναι ναι τεχνικό το θέμα και να ξαναζητησω ανάληψη. Αμέσως πήγα να ξαναζητησω ανάληψη και δεν μου το επιτρέπει....μου μπλοκαραν τα χρήματα....μπορείτε να μου πείτε τι να κάνω?
