6/16에 입금했는데 보너스가 있어서 정상적으로 돌렸는데 출금이 늦어지는 걸 보고 잔액이 있어서 최대한 많은 금액을 출금하려고 취소했습니다. 그러다가 결제수단에 오류가 나서 다시 취소했다가 다시 탈퇴했는데 그 이후로 맨날 자동답장으로 조롱하고 심지어 담당자까지 더 심한 일이 있으니 당황하지 말라는 듯이 말하더군요.

Well, if you didn't get any further and you keep getting the same generic answers then I would open a complaint on the link I shared with you in my last reply. At the moment I've seen that the casino has quite a few open complaints and a lot of players are experiencing a delay in withdrawals, but eventually even though it's been quite a long time the casino has paid the players so far.
So I strongly believe that this will be the case in this instance as well and you will not have any further problems.
