Leider ein absolut unseriöser Akteur. Top Boni aber wenn sie es schaffen diese umzusetzen wird entgegen der eigenen AGB der Bonusbetrag x5 statt wie in den AGB x10 umgewandelt. Und selbst dieser wird nicht ausbezahlt, nach 10 Tagen wurde mein Auszahlwunsch ohne irgendeine E-Mail abgelehnt und die 20 Eur Ursprungsdeposit zurück gutgeschrieben.

Dann nach 30 Minuten & 2x rauswerfen weil "Chat überlastet" endlich eine Agentin, welche die Promo nicht kennt und nach 15min mir dann einfach 25% Bonus mit x10 statt der 25 EURO gutschreibt. Damit nicht genug, ebenfalls heute: Bonus Angebot 20 Euro einzahlung = 15 Freispiele a 1 Euro "Jetzt sind Sie wahrscheinlich bereit, für nicht so ganz strenge Bonusbedingungen." Was denken Sie ist damit gemeint? UMSATZ X50 ..... noch dazu haben die Freispiele 0.70 statt 1 Euro gehabt, absolut nicht ok!

I've really been through a lot, but what this casino has done is beyond anything. I've made at least 7 deposits, and then when I dare to win once, my KYC is rejected thousands of times. This is the first casino that has refused to accept my bank statements without giving a reason, contrary to their own terms and conditions. I offered them countless alternatives, but they insisted on a bill from my electricity provider, even though I explained that it was 100 days old and they only bill me once a year. The casino offered no alternative and didn't explain why they were going to such trouble for 230 euros. I even had to submit a selfie with my ID and a handwritten note; I haven't had to do that at any other Hollycorn/Dama casino, even when I won 5x as much with my first deposit there. And every time, for days, I received a rejection, even though the payout didn't even exceed all of my deposit amounts. How does the casino handle this with large wins? All I can say is, there are many better Dama and Hollycorn casinos; it's a shame they don't have a consistent approach. If a casino doesn't adhere to its own terms and conditions and so arbitrarily insists on something that doesn't exist without justification, you should be careful. When I asked what other documents would be acceptable, the live chat made me wait 10 minutes and then said they would escalate the matter so I could get an answer. Then, without comment, I found the TV license bill from 30 days ago, uploaded it, and finally, just as without comment, I got paid out. It's a real shame, over five days of power games where you realize you're at the mercy of arbitrary decisions :(

Ich hab wirklich viel erlebt aber was hier von diesem Casino abgezogen wurde übertrifft alles. Ich hatte sicher 7 Einzahlungen und dann wagt man es 1x zu gewinnen wird man mit der KYC tausende mal abgelehnt. Das ist das erste Casino, welches meine Bankkontoauszüge ohne Begründung nicht akzeptiert hat, entgegen der eigenen AGB. Ich bot Ihnen unzählige Alternativen an, aber es bestand auf einer Rechnung des Stromversorgers, obwohl ich mitteilte das diese 100 Tage alt ist und nur 1x im Jahr eine Rechnung von diesem kommt. Das Casino bot keinerlei Alternative an und erklärte auch nicht, warum es wegen 230 Euro so einen Aufwand machte. Selbst ein Selfie mit ID und Handschriftzettel musste ich einreichen, das musste ich bei keinem anderen Hollycorn/Dama Casino, selbst wenn ich mit der ersten Einzahlung dort 5x soviel gewann. Hab dann kommentarlos noch die TV Gebührenrechnung von vor 30 Tagen gefunden, hochgeladen und genauso kommentarlos wurde dann endlich ausbezahlt. Echt schade, über 5 Tage Machtspiele wo einem klar wird das man Willkür ausgeliefert ist :(

Leider kann ich dieses Casino nicht empfehlen. Wenn man sich anmeldet und dann erstmal nichts einzahlt, bekommt man wie bei fast allen Casinos auch bei diesem verbesserte Bonusangebote. In diesem Fall den Standardwillkommensbonus mit nur noch 15x Umsatzanforderung auf den Bonusbetrag. Nach Einzahlung wurde mir dieser Bonus aber dann mit x50 gutgeschrieben. Der Live Chat meinte, sie könnten da nichts ändern. Email via Kontaktformular wurde genauso ignoriert wie auch direkt an die Supportmail.

Absolut inakzeptabel wenn man seine Kunden so ignoriert!
