Like many of you, I've been depositing money without any problems, instantly. Now, when it comes to withdrawing money... that's where the problems come in. Today is the third business day that my withdrawal (one of 500 and another of 300) has been in status, verifying... indefinitely. Como muchos de ustedes, he estado ingresando dinero sin problema alguno, instantáneamente. Ahora bien, a la hora de retirar el dinero.. ahí vienen los problemas. Estoy acostumbrado a que los retiros se procesen rápidamente, creo que es la parte mas importante de un casino online, los PAGOS, y los tienen en demora constante para que vuelvas a gastarlos y perderlos... Hoy es el tercer día hábil que lleva mi retiro (uno de 500 y otro de 300) en estado, verificando... así indefinidamente, después de leer los comentarios no se que esperar, nunca había tenido un problema de este tipo. Esperare hasta el cuarto día hábil y si es pertinente, cambiaré la reseña, pero de momento no puede ser positiva.
Nunca he tenido la sensación de que se vayan a quedar con mi dinero, y por primera vez como usuario la estoy teniendo.
Espero poder reescribir la reseña mas adelante, si no tendré que emprender las acciones correspondientes.
**ACTUALIZACIÓN: al menos han sido rápido contestando, si finalmente me llegan los retiros correctamente tendré que cambiar mi reseña y admitir que pese a que tardan demasiado según mi opinión, es un casino confiable, gracias.
ACTUALIZACIÓN 2: Recibidas las retiradas correctamente, como punto de mejora sería algo a tener en cuenta, las retiradas tardan 4 días, pero acaban llegando así que en mi opinión, es un casino totalmente confiable, recomendado!
