First of all, I would like to make it clear that I can only report on my own experiences here. I hope other players had better luck. I would also like to stress that this negative review has nothing to do with the fact that I didn't win. Now for my review:
In my case, it started with me receiving an email from Stake announcing a promotion for new registrations. Supposedly, after verifying level 2, you would receive no-deposit free spins (50, with a wager of 3x). Of course, I didn't receive them. When I asked, I was initially kindly told that it was an oversight, but that I would receive the free spins after my first deposit.
After I deposited, I didn't get anything again. When I asked again, the support became even stranger: They said there was a misunderstanding and that I could receive the bonus as soon as I had reached a turnover of €1,000 - and that was even with a wager of 0.
In my naivety, I continued playing. After a turnover of around €1,150, I asked again because I still hadn't received the bonus. Suddenly I was told that the bonus was only available from a turnover of €1,800, because it depends on the sponsor. So I exceeded this limit too (yes, stupid of me).
I asked again and suddenly they said there was no no-deposit bonus at all. The support became more and more unfriendly. I asked if they could give me some kind of no-deposit bonus or free spins instead. From then on it got really unpleasant: They deliberately pretended to be ignorant and asked me what I even meant. I explained it again, adding that a loyalty bonus was also an option. I then either got an unclear answer or no answer at all.
Strangely, I always received answers to my queries when I had just logged out.
The winnings in the games were extremely low, I almost always lost money. When I had a bonus spin in the games, 80% of the bet was €0.20, the rest was €0.50. My total turnover was over €3,200. I feel cheated and lied to. I was given promises that were never kept. I decided to delete my account and have my data deleted as well, but this has not been done. I also asked for confirmation that my data will not be passed on to third parties, but I have not received a response to this either. First, the support team claims that they do not understand what I mean, then they become rude, and finally they stop responding altogether.
Since I am very well protected legally, I have now called in my lawyer. I cannot and will not accept the way paying customers are treated here. I have taken many screenshots of the transactions, including my "great" winnings, which I can present if necessary.
In many forums you see people who have supposedly made extremely high winnings with very low stakes. To me it all looks very strange, dubious and untrustworthy. It's always the same names that appear and the winnings are often extremely similar.
I personally will never play there again. I hope that my experience is the exception and that other players have had better experiences.

Zunächst möchte ich klarstellen, dass ich hier nur über meine eigenen Erfahrungen berichten kann. Ich hoffe, anderen Spielern ist es besser ergangen. Außerdem möchte ich betonen, dass diese negative Bewertung nichts damit zu tun hat, dass ich nicht gewonnen habe. Nun zu meiner Bewertung:
In meinem Fall begann es damit, dass ich eine E-Mail von Stake erhielt, in der eine Promo-Aktion für neue Registrierungen angekündigt wurde. Angeblich sollte man nach Verifizierung der Stufe 2 No-Deposit-Freespins (50 Stück, mit einem Wager von 3x) erhalten. Natürlich habe ich diese nicht erhalten. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir zunächst freundlich gesagt, dass es sich um ein Versehen handle, ich die Freespins aber nach meiner ersten Einzahlung erhalten würde.
Nachdem ich eingezahlt hatte, bekam ich jedoch wieder nichts. Bei erneuter Nachfrage wurde der Support schon seltsamer: Es hieß, dass ein Missverständnis vorliegt und ich den Bonus erhalten könne, sobald ich einen Umsatz von 1.000 € erreicht hätte – und das sogar mit Wager 0.
Ich, in meiner Naivität, spielte weiter. Nach einem Umsatz von ca. 1.150 € fragte ich erneut nach, da ich den Bonus immer noch nicht erhalten hatte. Da hieß es plötzlich, dass der Bonus erst ab einem Umsatz von 1.800 € verfügbar sei, da es auf den Sponsor ankomme. Also habe ich auch diese Grenze überschritten (ja, dumm von mir).
Wieder nachgefragt, und plötzlich hieß es, dass es gar keinen No-Deposit-Bonus gäbe. Der Support wurde immer unfreundlicher. Ich fragte, ob man mir stattdessen irgendeinen No-Deposit-Bonus oder Freespins geben könnte. Ab da wurde es wirklich unangenehm: Man stellte sich absichtlich unwissend und fragte, was ich überhaupt meine. Ich erklärte es erneut, fügte hinzu, dass auch ein Loyalitätsbonus eine Option wäre. Daraufhin kam entweder eine unklare Antwort oder gar keine.
Seltsamerweise erhielt ich Antworten auf meine Anfragen immer dann, wenn ich mich gerade ausgeloggt hatte.
Die Gewinne in den Spielen waren extrem niedrig, ich habe fast immer Geld verloren. Wenn ich mal einen Bonus-Spin in den Spielen hatte, war der Einsatz zu 80 % bei 0,20 €, der Rest bei 0,50 €. Mein Gesamtumsatz lag bei über 3.200 €. Bei einem Einsatz von 0,20 € betrug der Gewinn nur 0,76 €, und bei einem Einsatz von 0,50 € lag der Gewinn lächerlicherweise bei 0,13 €.
Wenn es dann doch einmal zu einem höheren Gewinn kam, wurde dieser im Spiel nicht gutgeschrieben. Ich wurde wie durch Zauberhand aus dem Spiel geworfen, und als ich zurückkam, war der Gewinn verschwunden.
Ich fühle mich betrogen und belogen. Es wurden mir Versprechungen gemacht, die nie eingehalten wurden. Ich habe mich entschlossen, mein Konto zu löschen und meine Daten ebenfalls löschen zu lassen, was jedoch nicht durchgeführt wird. Ich fordere zudem eine Bestätigung, dass meine Daten nicht an Dritte weitergegeben werden, aber auch darauf bekomme ich keine Antwort. Zunächst behauptet der Support, sie verstünden nicht, was ich meine, dann werden sie unverschämt, und schließlich reagieren sie gar nicht mehr.
Da ich rechtlich sehr gut abgesichert bin, habe ich nun meinen Anwalt eingeschaltet. So, wie hier mit zahlenden Kunden umgegangen wird, kann und will ich das nicht hinnehmen. Ich habe viele Screenshots von den Transaktionen gemacht, auch von meinen "tollen" Gewinnen, die ich bei Bedarf vorlegen kann.
In vielen Foren sieht man angeblich Personen, die bei sehr niedrigen Einsätzen extrem hohe Gewinne erzielt haben. Für mich sieht das alles sehr seltsam, dubios und unseriös aus. Es sind immer die gleichen Namen, die auftauchen, und die Gewinnsummen sind oft extrem identisch.
Ich werde dort persönlich nie wieder spielen. Ich hoffe, dass meine Erfahrungen die Ausnahme sind und andere Spieler bessere Erfahrungen gemacht haben.
